Description

• Provide excellent customer service while handling inbound phone calls regarding retirement plans • Respond to customer emails and make occasional outgoing calls • Assist customers with online account access, loan eligibility, and retirement planning • Must have a full understanding of retirement product lines and IRS rules regarding retirement plans

Requirements

• 2+ years in financial services experience that includes providing customer service in a contact center environment • MUST HAVE active FINRA Series 6 or 7, and the Series 63 ; these licenses are required as part of this position • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
