Description

• Responsible for managing and processing claims related to supplemental insurance products • Secure and analyze information, adjudicate claims, and ensure accurate payments • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues • Handle appeals and complaints, manage complex claims • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Eligibility verification, payment processing, and effective communication

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 2+ years of experience in employee benefits or financial services • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams) • Strong experience in claims management and direct claimant interactions • Bachelor's degree arts or sciences, business, or related field (preferred) • Advanced understanding of supplemental insurance products (preferred) • Experience with complex claims and regulatory compliance (preferred) • Ability to handle high-stress situations and complex problem resolution
