📋 Description

• Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. • We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society. • The Director, Corporate Relations will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to secure major and principal gifts from corporate entities. • This role involves working closely with Stand Together capability leaders and external partners, as well as positioning executive leadership to solicit and close gifts.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in corporate fundraising, with a track record of securing major and principal gifts. • Experience crafting world-class cultivation and ask strategies for corporate donors, inclusive of (but not limited to) leveraging media exposure, brand partnerships, VIP access opportunities, events engagement, and executive engagement capabilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience managing partnerships and collaborations across organizations/entities. • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. • Ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed organization with a collaborative and contribution mindset. • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information. • Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
