📋 Description
• Use quantitative clinical pharmacology approaches to answer clinical questions • Support model-informed drug development decisions • Contribute to pharmacometrics strategy and clinical development plans • Collaborate to conduct pharmacometric analyses • Assist in formulation of analysis plans • Hands-on use of modeling tools • Generate actionable conclusions and new hypotheses • Communicate interpretations and advice to project teams • Participate in preparation of regulatory documents • Develop departmental processes
🎯 Requirements
• Pharm.D/Ph.D. or MS in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field • Significant industry experience (Director: MS and 10+ years) • Extensive experience in population PK and exposure-response analysis • Experience with Phoenix NLME, NONMEM, Pumas or related software • Programming skills in SAS, R, or similar • Familiarity with all stages of clinical drug development • Experience preparing components of Clinical Pharmacology sections of Regulatory submissions • Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence business leaders • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills • Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, collaboration, and management skills
