• Define and drive Global Contractual Governance activities with HR service provider • Facilitate relationships between vendor and internal HR Shared Services • Ensure service level performance management and continuous improvement of services • Act as focal point to ensure resolution of all service and contractual performance issues • Manage relationships and monitor vendor performance against the contract • Understand approach to transitioning work (insource, outsource, and right-shore) • Manage and address complex issues associated with vendor • Identify opportunities and understand drivers to renegotiate vendor agreements • Manage vendor relationship through the end-to-end contract lifecycle • Ensure alignment with Finance, Procurement and Legal department requirements • Provide guidance to identify and evaluate business risks • Assist in driving continuous service level improvements and innovation with vendors.
• Undergraduate degree and 10+ years relevant experience (procurement/vendor management) or Graduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience • Demonstrated program governance for outsourced contract management • Experience with establishing and monitoring performance measures • Experienced with program level management and oversight for multiple transition projects considering impacts to contract • Demonstrated ability to lead change at the executive level with a focus on service delivery and financial results • Clear thinker who anticipates and develops strategies for anticipated future consequences and trends • Copes with change and works effectively without having the total picture • Clearly delineates responsibilities and sets clear objectives and measures • Relates well to people at all levels both inside and outside of the organization • Bright and intelligent individual who deals with concepts and complexity comfortably • Energized by tough challenges and the opportunity to lead • Highly self-motivated and directed • Team-oriented, collaborative environment leadership skills • Customer relationship management • Knowledge of Vendor Management technologies (Ex GovernX) • Quality methodologies -- Lean / LSS / Six Sigma • Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management, Negotiation • Experience working with global teams • Change Management, Communications, Writing Skills • Practical experience with modern technology solutions (e.g., Sharepoint, Workday, Service Now)
