• As a Software Engineering Manager, you’ll be part of our Construction Technology team • Working as a remote employee • Responsible for the full software development life cycle • Provide guidance and direction to developers • Deliver the most robust, maintainable and highest-quality software possible • Collaborating with other teams involved in execution
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in hands on Architecting, Designing and Developing C# applications • Experience in mentoring team members and managing multiple tasks effectively • Deep experience in effort estimation, agile and/or waterfall development • Quality control methodologies • Ability to extract technical details from ambiguous environment • Positive attitude with passion for customer value • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Experience with 3D geometric concepts a Bonus • Experience with Autodesk Revit a Bonus
