Description

• StarCompliance is looking for a data-driven Demand Generation Manager with a passion for developing, managing, and executing world-class ABM programs and events to expand our voice in the market, drive pipeline and accelerate the sales cycle in North America.

Requirements

• Proven success managing and executing multi-channel demand generation programs and events. • 5+ years of ABM experience contributing to pipeline and deal acceleration with a B2B Enterprise sales team of 5 or more reps. • A deep understanding of demand generation performance metrics, lead progression and conversions from early TOF marketing stages, through the end of the sales cycle and into customer advocacy • Data-driven with strong analytical skills who can identify trends and insights to support deal acceleration. • Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnel, lead progression and conversions from early TOF marketing stages thru the end of the sales cycle and into customer advocacy. • Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency and the ability to manage competing priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Working knowledge of marketing automation and capable of developing robust email nurture streams to support your region • A team player with strong cross-functional project management skills. • A positive attitude and a passion for building pipeline!
