🎯 Requirements

• ACA, CPA, or equivalent qualification with at least 5+ years’ experience in finance and IFRS. • A strong technical background in corporate governance, tax, transfer pricing, and financial controls. • Experience managing corporate structures, reporting, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. • Prior exposure to blockchain, web3, fintech, or financial services is a big plus. • A company secretarial qualification would be an advantage.
