🎯 Requirements

β€’ 1+ years of experience with the StarRez product as a Power User β€’ 3+ years of experience working in/with student housing and/or higher education β€’ Strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines while working proactively and independently β€’ Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders and customers, with excellent listening and communication skills β€’ Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and maintain productivity under pressure β€’ Ability to understand customer needs, translate them into actionable solutions, and take ownership of company procedures and responsibilities
