Description
• Troubleshooting customer configuration and issues escalated from outside the technology community • Make changes to infrastructure, code and configuration in order to resolve customer issues • Gather and document relevant information in order to build a technical bug report • Identify, document and escalate common recurring issues • Analyse issues to determine a suitable fix or escalate to the team responsible • Build and maintain a technical understanding of our products and services • Coordinate issue response between teams inside and outside the StarRez tech community • Proactively identify issues customers are experiencing and coordinate remediation • Assist with coordination/orchestration of deployments to customer environment • Participate in Incident Response activities and Incident Postmortems
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of the StarRez product • Experience of 2+ years in a customer support role • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies as our environment evolves • Excellent communication skills
