Description

• Vercel’s Frontend Cloud provides the developer experience and infrastructure to build, scale, and secure a faster, more personalized web. • Looking for a Campaign Operations Associate to join our Revenue Operations team. • Responsible for building and managing campaigns in our Marketing Automation Platform. • Ensure effective delivery of marketing programs and initiatives. • Report to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Systems and will be located remote.

Requirements

• Proficient in using Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Inflection, etc.). • Strong understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and data management principles. • Experience in workflow automation and campaign performance analysis. • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and how they integrate with marketing platforms. • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively. • Bonus If You: • Have experience with A/B testing and multichannel campaign optimization. • Are skilled in HTML/CSS for email template customization. • Understand SQL or other database management tools. • Have a passion for exploring and implementing innovative martech solutions.
