Description

• Omnidian is building a sustainable future through IoT-enabled energy asset performance. • Portfolio Operations associates provide operations support for residential solar assets. • The mission is delivering unmatched client experiences while advocating for client interests internally. • Prioritize Associate-level candidates managing subsets of client cases, with growth potential.

Requirements

• 6+ months of solar experience, training, or courses OR 2+ years of project management experience • High comfort and enjoyment in Excel, including sorting and filtering • Track record of identifying opportunities to improve processes • Clear, concise written and verbal communication • Committed to supporting a positive client experience • Some familiarity with data analytics, financial analysis, and/or CRM tools
