📋 Description
• Operations Beratung: Gemeinsam mit unserem Geschäftsführer berätst du Amazon-Händler in allen Backend-Themen – von Einkauf und Supply Chain über Produktentwicklung und Teamaufbau bis hin zu Finance. • Prozess- und Strategieentwicklung: Du arbeitest an der Konzeption, dem Aufbau und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Strukturen. • Analyse & Optimierung: Du identifizierst Engpässe und Wachstumsmöglichkeiten bei unseren Kunden und entwickelst praxisnahe Lösungen, die du auch direkt umsetzt. • Networking: Im Rahmen unserer Atlas-Connect-Kundenevents triffst du auf die größten Amazon-Händler Deutschlands und baust wertvolle Kontakte auf.
🎯 Requirements
• Erfahrung im Amazon-Handel oder Operations: Idealerweise hast du selbst einen Amazon-Handel aufgebaut oder bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung als Amazon Operations-Manager mit. • Einkaufs- & Supply-Chain-Basics: Du hast Erfahrung mit asiatischen Herstellern und kennst dich mit Import & Verzollung aus Fernost aus. • Kommunikation & professionelles Auftreten: Du kommunizierst präzise und professionell – intern im Team sowie mit Kunden. Dein Deutsch ist fließend und akzentfrei, und du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich erklären. • Hands-on-Mentalität: Neben strategischem Arbeiten setzt du Lösungen auch pragmatisch in die Praxis um und scheust dich nicht, die Ärmel hochzukrempeln und mitanzupacken. • Strukturiert & eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten: Ob remote oder im Büro in Wien – du kannst selbstständig arbeiten, smart priorisieren und Ergebnisse liefern.
