• Who is STAT? • We’re a recovery management firm focused on delivering value to suppliers. • Our mission is to be widely recognized as being the best at helping suppliers get paid everything they are owed by retailers. • Our vision is to create an environment where we all love working and an experience that our customers rave about. • Culture at STAT • STAT is a fast growing tech-enabled services company. • We are a bootstrapped, private-equity owned startup, on solid financial footing. • Our team is remotely distributed across 17 states (and counting!) with concentrations in Northwest Arkansas, Southern California, Seattle, Dallas, and Philadelphia. • We believe in having fun while working hard. • Our team is the best of the best, and we all operate as individual contributors and leaders together as one. • We are proud of our inclusive, positive, and collaborative culture and believe every team member brings something uniquely valuable to the table. • We reinforce our culture through in person functional team gatherings, an annual company retreat and by taking the time to celebrate our team members’ big moments, anniversaries, birthdays, and personal wins. • How to Apply: • Please apply with your resume and a cover letter with a brief introduction of yourself, fun facts about you, a quick outline of you’re relevant work experience, and any questions you have. • Additionally, please include the following items in your cover letter: • A sample of your portfolio • Identify 5 of the grammatical errors that we're intentionally included within this job posting. • About the Role: • As a UX designer, you will collaborative closely with our product and engineering teams to create intuitive and user-centered designs (for both internal facing and client facing products). • As STAT continues to expand its growing product offerings across additional retailers, we have a keen focus on keeping the user experience and branding consistent while scaling features, functionality and intuitiveness. • You’ll be responsible for turning complex problem into elegant solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. • Your input will directly shape the user experience of our core products, impacting thousands of users. • We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment and is passionate about delivering top-notch user experiences. • What You’ll Do: • Develop a good understanding of our services and our clients to understand their needs • Collaborate with key stakeholders to explore ways to improve and expand our product offering • Review existing web pages and reimagine them into something with minimal friction • Iterate on a product idea and deliver polished intuitive designs with stakeholder buy-in • Spot and rectify UX issues within the users journey • Maintain and contribute to the evolution of the design system • Promote an ethos of top-tier UI/UX design centered on the customer throughout the company

Requirements

• 2+ years of Product Design/UX experience in client-centered environments • Self-motivated and confident managing your own workload • Skilled at taking loosely defined problems and crafting simple, elegant solutions • You thrive on breaking down complex workflows and turning them into something intuitive and efficient • You understand how small, nuanced changes can significantly impact user productivity • Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail • Comfortable navigating new websites and handling basic tech troubleshooting • Skilled at collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders • Excellent listener, adept at identifying customer-driven, impactful solutions • Experience with: • Figma • FullStory • Jira • UX Research
