Description
• Lead the end-to-end design work, from conception to delivery, for various products on the Stedi platform • Work collaboratively with engineers and our customer team to identify and solve user, product, and business problems • Help define strategy — understanding and articulating the product’s goals, success metrics, roadmap, and commitments • Deliver high-quality, polished, delightful, and easy-to-use designs • Design and prototype multiple ideas quickly and connect regularly with customers to validate product directions
Requirements
• 4+ years of design experience at a product-driven tech company • Frontend development experience with React, Next.js and HTML/CSS is a plus • Subject matter expert in design for revenue-cycle management, billing, or similarly complex backend software projects • Good practical knowledge of end-to-end product design — from user research through high-fidelity design and coding as necessary • Comfortable working with engineering, design, and business teams • A great juggler of creative optimism and critical investigation • Comfortable building iteratively to gather feedback
