Description

•Steer offers a suite of software tools for automotive repair shops. •The role is to drive profitable revenue growth through analytics and operational insights. •Manage sales data platform to track KPIs in real-time. •Generate actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree in quantitative or business-related fields preferred) or equivalent experience in a relevant field. •3+ years of experience in business planning, revenue operations, sales analytics, finance, or a related area. •2+ years of experience in leading teams and cross-functional process improvements. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). •Expertise in Hubspot or similar CRM platforms. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build logical analytical frameworks. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal. •Experience handling sensitive information with sound judgment in what can be shared internally and externally. •Ability to develop and present dashboards and PowerPoint presentations to large audiences. •Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. •SQL queries or similar programming languages (Nice to Have). •Tableau or other business intelligence software (Nice to Have). •Pendo, Recurly, Looker or Oracle experience (Nice to Have).
