Requirements

• Proven experience in sales operations, or marketing operations with a strong understanding of demand generation and pipeline generation processes and workflows • Demonstrable experience with agile methodologies, like Scrum or Kanban, ideally in a project management, product management, or agile coaching role. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with no direct authority, driving collaboration across business analysts, system managers, and BI analysts. • Ability to navigate a matrix organization and manage priorities through influence rather than direct line management. • Exceptional project management skills, with a knack for balancing innovation with technical/process debt while maintaining delivery focus. • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, especially collaborating with Sales (Middle-of-Funnel, i.e. Account Executive teams) • A data-driven mindset with a focus on tracking KPIs, managing performance, and continuously improving processes • Experience with demand generation, pipeline management, or similar go-to-market strategies is a plus. • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with a focus on clear planning, execution, and transparency. • Writes and speaks fluent English. • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
