Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role, preferably in SaaS or a high-growth technology environment • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights • Experience with commission design, territory planning, and headcount allocation • Expertise in ARR forecasting and understanding of revenue drivers in subscription-based businesses • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker) • Experience using SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis preferred
