Description

• Develop and implement web-to-app funnel strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement for new EdTech products. • Design, build, and optimise web-to-app funnels using funnel-building tools, ensuring seamless user experience across platforms. • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to identify opportunities for improving funnel performance and conversion rates. • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design and Content teams to align funnel strategies with overall product and marketing goals. • Analyse user behaviour and funnel performance data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Manage and maintain the visual and functional aspects of web and mobile funnels to ensure consistent branding and messaging. • Monitor key metrics, prepare performance reports, and communicate results and findings to stakeholders. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web-to-app marketing to inform strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Funnel Building and Optimization: Proficiency in designing and building web-to-app funnels using tools like Unbounce, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms. • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Strong experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data-driven decision-making to optimize user journeys. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Advanced skills in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to track performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights. • User Experience (UX) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Understanding of UX principles and CRO techniques to enhance funnel performance and user engagement. • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in web-to-app conversion. • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and draw insights to inform strategic decisions and optimise funnel performance. • Creative Problem Solving: Innovative mindset to develop and test new ideas, approaches, and solutions to improve conversion rates and user engagement. • Collaboration and Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Growth, Content, and Design. • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex data insights and strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the funnel—from design to functionality—are thoroughly optimized. • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, market dynamics, and new technologies in a fast-paced environment. • Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • User-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of user behavior and empathy for user needs to create engaging and effective web-to-app experiences.
