• Successful previous experience as a sales manager in the legal industry • Established strong client relationships and built a strong personal brand in the legal industry • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, diagnose, persuade, and influence credibly at all levels • Ability to set meaningful sales targets aligned with company strategy and hold colleagues accountable • Experienced in using a CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns • Successfully designed and implemented an impactful sales strategy in a fast-paced or startup environment
