• Responsible for defining and managing products and/or services that meet the organization's goals and/or objectives • Design, document, and develop products capable of delivering profit margins • Own and define the vision, strategy and product roadmap • Understand and document key business processes • Define detailed business requirements for development • Manage product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies • Communicates difficult concepts to team to generate clarity and alignment • Translate qualitative and quantitative data and derive insights

Requirements

• Typically requires 5+ years of product management experience • Knowledge of financial lending products, services, policies and procedures with a prior experience in mortgage strongly preferred • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
