Description
• Reports directly to the VP, Chief Compliance Officer. • Plays a critical role in maintaining effective compliance program. • Collaborates with departments to respond to compliance risks. • Oversees annual compliance work plan and compliance training plan. • Directs efficient team operations and manages budget. • Establishes relationships with stakeholders to drive results.
Requirements
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) required within two years of hire into the position. • Minimum of 10+ years of experience within compliance including experience managing mid-large teams. • 5+ years of experience within compliance in a comparable setting preferred. • Experience having led large-scale programs/processes through to implementation. • Experience with operational management, budget planning, and vendor & resource management. • Proven performance in earlier role/comparable role. • Builds external connections with peers and vendor networks.
