Description

• Stoneridge Software is looking for a Solution Architect responsible for consulting on Microsoft Azure and other functional areas within Microsoft Cloud. • Ability and willingness to lead the functional side of an implementation and mentor other architects is required. • Spearhead the architectural design of Microsoft Cloud implementations and assist clients with implementation and support of Microsoft Cloud Solutions. • A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their planning and production goals is essential.

Requirements

• Current certification in Azure, M365, Security, or the ability to become certified within 12 months of starting in the role. • Strong understanding of Identity Management, Security, and Compliance. • 5+ years of experience in full lifecycle M365 implementations. • 5+ years of experience in technology services delivery • 5+ years of experience in data solution design • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English • Effective communication skills, including active listening and clear message conveyance • Positive attitude towards change, showing flexibility and adaptability • Ability to work effectively in a team, fostering cooperation and inclusivity • Willingness to mentor other team members periodically • Degree in Technology or extensive experience in a related field • Aligns to, and demonstrates, Stoneridge Software's Core Values: Integrity, Technical Excellence, Tenacity, Client Centric, and Enjoy your Work. • Growth Mindset: Prioritize self-development by attending training or self-learning to enhance skills and expertise and foster a positive team environment that encourages continuous improvement.
