📋 Description

• StorMagic is looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented Senior Central & West Region Manager, with solid technology sales experience to be a key player in driving sales growth within this region. • Key responsibilities involve developing and executing channel sales strategies that enhance partner relationships, expand market penetration, and meet revenue targets in US Central & West region. • The role requires building business relationships with distributors, VARs, resellers, system integrators, MSPs and strategic partners to increase StorMagic presence, generate revenue, and grow the partner ecosystem. • The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of the region, markets, exceptional sales, negotiation and closing skills, with strong experience managing relationships with partners. • Familiarity with SaaS, storage solutions, virtualization, or related technology sectors would be an advantage. • This role is remote, however travel will form part of this role.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in channel sales or business development in the IT, software, or technology sector, with a focus on distributor and reseller partnerships. • Experience with hardware infrastructure and / or virtualisation technology • Strong understanding and experience of US markets, including cultural nuances, key players, and market dynamics. • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels, with experience in developing and managing successful partner programs. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships with senior stakeholders within channel partners. • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
