• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition • Significant experience recruiting internationally with a focus on hard-to-fill roles, demonstrated resilience, and a proactive approach to overcoming hiring challenges • Expertise in building and maintaining diverse talent pools through ATS, social media, and networking channels • Proven ability to provide data-driven recommendations and insights to hiring managers, enhancing decision-making and hiring outcomes
