• Conduct research into broker partners and harvest global data • Assist in maintaining and enhancing CRM and internal databases • Scrutinize data sources that will convert data into information • Convert data into live, actionable dashboards and metrics to tell a story • Assist with upcoming internal reporting upgrades • Offer insights for ongoing reporting enhancements • Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate with relevant work experience and/or coursework in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Visual Basic, and Excel • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Lists, etc.) a plus • Experience with SharePoint a plus • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems a plus • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment • Strong attention to detail and dedication to professional quality • Ability to work effectively independently, take direction, and absorb information quickly • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
