• For 25 years, Stream Data Centers has been a trusted partner in providing world-class data center solutions. • Stream develops wholesale colocation capacity and build-to-suit facilities for hyperscale and enterprise users in major markets across the United States. • The finance team is responsible for managing revenue, operating and capital expenses.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or a finance-supporting function • 1-3 years of experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable • Experience with Yardi, NetSuite, or other ERP platforms • Experience handling large numbers of charges, contracts, and accounts • Strong proficiency in Excel, including modeling and data analysis • Familiarity with contract payment terms • Strong attention to accuracy and completeness • High degree of comfort with P&L and Balance Sheet concepts • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity
