• Seek a creative email marketer to join our marketing team at K12. • Responsible for hands-on management and strategic support of email marketing campaigns. • Execute campaigns to support customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. • Manage customer segmentation strategies for targeted messaging. • Collaborate with design teams for engaging email templates. • Implement A/B testing for performance improvement. • Track and analyze email campaign performance for insights. • Monitor deliverability challenges across multiple domains. • Work closely with other functions for aligned email efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar role. • Proven experience with email marketing platforms (SFMC, InboxMonster, Movable Ink) • Strong understanding of email best practices, A/B testing, segmentation, and deliverability. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills. • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
