• Minimum of 4 years of work experience creating marketing campaigns in enterprise marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Pardot, ExactTarget, Responsys) • Demonstrated expertise with the Oracle Eloqua and/or Oracle Responsys platforms, certifications a plus • Proficiency with marketing automation and email marketing best practices • Thorough understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and responsive design • Experience using e-mail delivery tools (Litmus, Return Path, etc.) • Ability to troubleshoot coding problems • Design experience leveraging tools such as Adobe Creative Suite • Exceptional client services and support skills • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and support skills • Demonstrated resourcefulness, motivation, initiative • Ability to work independently • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Must be eligible to work in the United States
