• Manage and maintain endpoint management and protection systems • Support Azure VDI environment • Provide tier 3 support and training for technical colleagues • Develop best practices for troubleshooting and problem analysis • Provide 24/7 on-call support if needed
Requirements
• Five years of experience managing endpoint deployments • Three years of experience managing architecture and implementing long-term solutions • Familiar with IT systems and technology such as ServiceNow and Intune • Experience with VDI • Technology certifications preferred, e.g., A+, Network+, Security+
