• Has 1-3 years of customer-facing experience working as a customer success engineer, • Can read, write, and understand code in multiple programming languages • Has experience integrating Stripe or other RESTful APIs • A great verbal and written communicator, strong presentation skills, comfortable explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong technical aptitude • Superior time management skills to manage multiple external customers simultaneously • Self-starter with the ability to assess, troubleshoot and work autonomously to decompose and solve complex problems • Payments/ ecommerce experience • Experience working in a Professional Services organization or in a customer success/support organization
