Description

• Partner with the Sales team to lead custom product demonstrations based on business processes and workflow. • Analyze and provide objective feedback for Account Executives if prospective customers are compatible. • Consult potential customers on the transition process adopting new operations software. • Reposition customer objections by providing creative workflow solutions based on knowledge of ServiceTitan’s software. • Collaborate with stakeholders in R&D, Sales, and Professional Services on product roadmap strategy. • Create and maintain Construction enablement content geared towards the Sales org. • Maintain and update industry-specific scripts for the internal team. • Create clear documentation and approach for delivery to the implementation team. • Be the subject matter expert on any Construction related product updates and/or releases.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Construction Relevant Business. • Familiarity with Construction Accounting concepts. • Proven track record of success within or assisting the Sales organization at a previous company. • Natural ability to think and act proactively to address roadblocks and issues. • Strong communication skills to work effectively with a group of people. • A desire to constantly learn and apply these learnings into your day to day.
