• Ditto is on a mission to unleash the full power of edge devices by removing all the plumbing required to build amazing applications. • As a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the sales cycle by understanding customer requirements, demonstrating how Ditto’s Edge Sync Platform can meet those needs, and serving as a trusted technical advisor. • Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to craft tailored demonstrations and guide prospects through technical evaluations. • Provide deep technical knowledge of Ditto’s platform during sales engagements, showcasing how the solution solves real-world problems for enterprise customers. • Partner with sales to lead discovery sessions with prospects, understanding their technical and business challenges to offer tailored solutions. • Create and deliver high-impact product demonstrations to customers, addressing both technical and business use cases. • Collaborate with internal teams to respond to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring accurate and compelling content that resonates with customer requirements. • Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers, influencing key decision-makers by explaining complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solution engineering role, preferably in the enterprise software space (cloud, data infrastructure, SaaS, etc.). • Strong understanding of either mobile development or cloud platforms, databases, and data analytics technologies. • Proven ability to deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to enterprise customers. • Experience leading technical discussions and facilitating proof of concept (PoC) evaluations with customers. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt solutions to meet customer needs. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple, effective way for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience working closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment. • Technical proficiency in mobile, database or data integration is preferred.
