Description
• Founded in 2012, EasyPost is a YC unicorn whose mission is to make shipping simple for businesses. • The Solutions Engineer will play a critical role in bridging the gap between the sales and technical teams within the organization. • Primary responsibilities will be to understand customer needs, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate how the company's products can address the specific challenges faced by clients. • Collaborate closely with the sales team, product managers, and technical teams to ensure successful integration and implementation of solutions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or related field. • 5+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience. • Coding experience, 1-2 years preferred (Ruby, Python, Java, Node.js, PHP). • Understanding of RESTful APIs, and interpreting requests/responses. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to handle communication with multiple internal teams. • Ability to tailor technical communication with all levels of customer understanding. • Willingness to adapt to an evolving work environment. • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time against timelines. • Sense of urgency to drive customer progress. • Excellent communication skills. • Customer facing experience with a customer first attitude.
