Description

• Lead network architecture discussions with customers and partners • Assist customers with design and deployment based on best practices • Collaborate with customer networking and cloud teams • Work with partners/customers on architecture, design, and deployment • Conduct trainings and whiteboard sessions for customers and partners • Create design and architecture best practices and guidelines • Provide technical support for our customers • Own customer success on key accounts from adoption and expansion perspective • Work with Alkira product management team to provide feedback on upcoming features from the customer’s lens • Track and drive key customer features/asks with Alkira product management to implementation

Requirements

• Strong cloud and networking fundamentals • Minimum 5+ years of consulting experience advising customers • Minimum 5+ years experience on cloud solutions architecture and design • Technical hands-on experience designing hybrid and public cloud infrastructure • Networking background in the routing technologies and security • Experience using cloud automation and orchestration tools • Experience in large-scale network designing/deployment is a plus • Strong passion for sales and creating long-lasting professional relationships • Flexibility to travel • Relevant Technical certifications are a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • BA/BS/MS Degree are a plus
