Requirements

• Extensive Healthcare Solution Development Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in designing and delivering healthcare solutions, with a focus on innovative and impactful care management initiatives. • Comprehensive Clinical Operations Knowledge: Strong understanding of clinical care management operations, including call centers, utilization management, case management, clinical assessments, reporting, and fulfillment processes. • Public Sector Healthcare Expertise: In-depth experience working with public sector healthcare programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, VA, or TRICARE is a must. • RFP and Proposal Mastery: Hands-on experience with state and federal RFP and proposal development for healthcare organizations, ensuring compliance and competitiveness. • Clinical Operations Program Development: Demonstrated success in designing and implementing clinical operations programs tailored to state and federal healthcare clients, delivering measurable outcomes. • Key Skills: Expertise in process development, technical writing, business and data analysis, research, forecasting, project management, and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment. • Preferred Skills: Experience in consulting, solution architecture, proposal development, market research, and large-scale program implementations, providing a competitive edge. • Healthcare Policy Knowledge: A thorough understanding of state and federal healthcare policies, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational standards.
