Description

• Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. • The Marketing Strategy and Operations team is responsible for organizational effectiveness and transformational programs. • This role will report into the Marketing Strategy and Operations team, while embedding in the Product Marketing (PMM) organization. • Partner closely with the Head of PMM and PMM leadership team to improve operational efficiency. • Lead strategic, high-impact projects in support of our PMM strategy. • Partner with PMM leadership for the efficient running of the PMM organization. • Independently define programs to address specific problems. • Write clear and concise internal documents, slides, emails, and Slack messages.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience • 3+ years of experience in a combination of program management, product management, business operations, strategy and operations, finance, and consulting • Effective communicating at all levels of an organization from executives to project teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders and build trust with senior leaders • Thrive in solving ambiguous problems and see opportunities where others see chaos • Relentless focus on users and solving for their needs and wants
