Description
•Lead the team responsible for building privacy management products at Stripe. •Build external facing privacy tools like Data Access Tool and Privacy Portal. •Create API products for customer privacy management. •Develop internal tools for Stripe to manage privacy requirements. •Work with cross-functional teams to mitigate privacy risks. •Set goals, manage team performance, and recruit engineers. •Contribute to engineering initiatives and provide technical support.
Requirements
•5+ years engineering experience in a high-stakes production environment •Empathy, strong communication skills and a deep respect for the power of collaboration •Significant experience in privacy or cybersecurity engineering. •Familiarity with automated privacy tools and triage processes •Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail •High standards for code quality and a constructive attitude to help others raise the bar
