Description

• Oversee operations of Truss Design Services and Truss Implementations • Coordinate projects with Design Services and Component Review Services teams • Manage and track the process for Design Services • Continually review and refine processes for project management across Operations & Distribution Teams • Collaborate with the sales team by assisting in performing client needs assessment • Assist with the software implementation process and establish customer success measures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering Technology or Engineering Design/Drafting Diploma preferred • 5 years’ experience with design and engineering of prefabricated metal plate connected wood trusses and EWP • Understanding of wood framed construction practices, details, related building codes, and design standards • Math: Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra, geometry, and trigonometry • Reading Comprehension: Ability to read and interpret construction documents including architectural and structural drawings • Speaking: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, coworkers, and the general public • Writing: Ability to write reports and business correspondence • Analysis/Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Attention to Detail: Ability to diligently attend to details and maintain organization while accomplishing tasks • Computer/Software: Ability to utilize Microsoft Office suite and Truss Design Software • Working knowledge of SQL databases, and basic understanding of computer networking, along with hardware and software troubleshooting • Driving record: Possess and maintain a driving record, which complies with company policy
