Description

• Provide consultation on retrofitting and rehabilitation projects • Develop project-specific solutions with the CSS team • Conduct technical presentations and workshops • Build relationships with engineers and contractors • Support jobsite activities for CSS installer partners • Collaborate with marketing to introduce new products • Maintain Department of Transportation approvals • Manage CRM, scheduling, and company vehicle maintenance

Requirements

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) required • B.S. degree in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred • 3 years structural design experience for retrofits or reinforced concrete preferred • Seismic design experience with ASCE 41 preferred • 1-year sales or design experience with FRP strengthening systems preferred • Quick and effective problem-solving for customer needs • Practical knowledge of concrete and steel construction methods • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • 2 years computer experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ACAD)
