Description
• Responsible for providing system expertise in maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Customer Solutions use of the Salesforce CRM Platform • Partner with IT, subject matter experts, and business process owners in conducting data analysis • Ensure complete documentation of user stories (business requirements) and functional designs • Advise on business process change management when developing new functionality • Coordinate with technical counterparts on system enhancements and reported incidents • Deliver system enhancements and projects as well as stay up to date on CRM platform upgrades • Ensure the quality and data integrity of operational CRM systems • Assist with Regression testing
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, IT, Business Operations or related field • 2+ years of professional experience • Preferred Salesforce Admin certification • Experience of working in CRM, ERP and Business Applications • Experience with process mapping • Experience in understanding, evaluating and recommending changes to business processes
