β€’ Who We Are β€’ At Studio Designer, our purpose is focused on empowering creativity to enable residential interior design firms to do more of what they do best, create beautiful spaces for people to live, work, and entertain. β€’ For 30+ years, our software has helped leading design firms to drive efficiency and growth through our industry-leading digital platform featuring an all-in-one project management system, client collaboration portal, product sourcing, tools, and designer-specific accounting software. β€’ The Role β€’ Are you looking to leverage your prospecting experience and expand into a full-cycle sales role? As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to build and execute effective campaigns and programs to promote cross-selling opportunities and maximize revenue from existing customers. You will work closely with various teams, including sales, product marketing, management, and customer success, to identify customer needs and drive incremental sales through targeted cross-selling initiatives. β€’ Your role will involve analyzing customer data, designing compelling marketing content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. β€’ This position is ideal for individuals eager to sharpen their skills in consultative selling, campaign execution, and cross-departmental collaboration while preparing to take on the responsibilities of an Account Executive.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience selling services to business organizations as a Sales Development Representative/Business Development Representative with a track record or meeting or exceeding performance goals. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications, Business Administration, or another relevant field. β€’ Understanding or proficiency in designing and implementing effective sales or cross-selling strategies. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. β€’ Ability to uncover customer needs, develop recommendations and deliver them persuasively. β€’ Capacity to be organized, self-motivated and driven to succeed and achieve goals, especially with remote supervision. This includes comfort in asking for help and openness to clear direction. β€’ Comfortable and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. β€’ A track record of being competitive, collaborative, methodical, and calm under pressure. β€’ Ability to resolve issues and problem solve in the moment. β€’ Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships across your team and the company. β€’ Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). β€’ Working knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot. β€’ Ability to work in pacific or mountain time zone is a plus.
