📋 Description

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Implement outbound strategies to generate new business through cold calling, emailing, networking, and CRM insights. • New Business Acquisition: Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing—focusing on driving new enterprise partnerships. • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales efforts with business goals and identify new growth opportunities. • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and industry leaders through networking and attending key events. • Pipeline Management: Manage and report on the sales pipeline, ensuring targets are met and opportunities are maximized. • Cross-team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention. • Partnership Management: work on partnerships with CRO.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business development, sales, or outbound prospecting (B2B experience preferred). • Proven success in generating leads and closing deals. • Expertise in outbound sales strategies, including cold outreach and networking. • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a data-driven approach. • Familiarity with Localization, ML, NLP, and AI-driven solutions is highly desirable.
