Description
• Provide excellent customer service utilizing desktop application, Talkdesk. • Handle inbound calls related to shipping, returns, warranties, refunds, and tracking. • Must possess or have a sincere desire to learn about vehicle systems.
Requirements
• Customer service experience is a plus. • Proficient with Computers and other desktop applications. • ASE Certifications preferred • Automotive knowledge, at least 2 years’ experience in the automotive field preferred
