📋 Description

• Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is a leading distributor of fluid control systems, fluid filtration systems, fluid handling products, micro-electronics, and general industrial supply. • We sell to a broad base of customers in industries such as electronic component and equipment manufacturers, chemical manufacturers, water & waste treatment, metal finishing, pollution control and life sciences companies. • The Filtration Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of marketing and sales efforts for the Fluid Process SBU. • Develop a comprehensive market overview and sales plan including key customers to achieve sales growth objectives. • Engage with key filtration suppliers while enhancing product offerings.

• Experience with integrating marketing efforts and communications • Strong technical skills in Filtration applications • Ability to influence others through collaborative consensus building skills • Proven results developing strategies in a variety of the following areas: • Developing relationships at the executive level • Understanding how our technologies can apply to their operations • Develop the appropriate approach and strategy to win new business • Team facilitation skills and relationship building skills to foster engagement and an environment of teamwork and trust. Great communicator (phone, email, text, in person) • Enthusiasm and motivation essential while working in a fast paced, professional environment • Willing to travel as needed within the assigned region
