Description

β€’ U.S. flexible working arrangements in the contiguous 48 states. β€’ Work with dynamic colleagues and leaders who inspire growth. β€’ Manage sold case and renewal inventory with Captive Underwriting team. β€’ Handle complex service inquiries for captive relationships, brokers, TPAs. β€’ Strong negotiation skills to influence decisions.

Requirements

β€’ Ability to work with a diverse range of people. β€’ 1+ years of Group Insurance / Stop Loss Insurance experience preferred. β€’ Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of products. β€’ Experience using CRM tools. β€’ Strong communication skills; written and verbal (with strong telephone presence). β€’ Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team. β€’ Demonstrated success in negotiation, persuasion, and solutions-based service requiring cross departmental involvement. β€’ Proven record of providing strong and effective customer service. β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexibility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness. β€’ Excellent critical thinking skills.
