Description

β€’ Develop member outreach initiatives to improve oral health outcomes and literacy. β€’ Collaborate with marketing, data science, and external community groups. β€’ Implement outreach and education programs to enhance oral health literacy. β€’ Establish community relationships for participation in healthcare initiatives. β€’ Create educational materials and training tools for non-dental healthcare providers. β€’ Provide enrollee care coordination including collaboration with Case Managers and Client Engagement. β€’ Track and monitor performance measures and report results to management. β€’ Organize community events to educate enrollees on oral health. β€’ Attend and plan events throughout Colorado based on EPSDT metrics.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma. β€’ College degree in a related field is preferred. β€’ 2 years job related experience. β€’ Familiarity with computer software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). β€’ Typing skills of 40+ words per minute. β€’ Effective oral communication and business writing skills. β€’ Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. β€’ Effective interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities. β€’ Required to attend additional training as requested/deemed necessary. β€’ Frequent travel up to 50% of the time, including ability to travel long distances. β€’ Experience working in a managed care environment is preferred. β€’ Knowledge of healthcare advocacy activities is preferred. β€’ Knowledge of the Medicaid program requirements is preferred.
