Requirements

• 1+ years of Group Insurance / Stop Loss Insurance experience preferred. • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of products. • Experience using CRM tools. • Strong communication skills; written and verbal with strong telephone presence. • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team. • Demonstrated success in negotiation, persuasion, and solutions-based service. • Proven record of providing strong and effective customer service. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexibility to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent critical thinking skills.
