π Customer Support
β’ The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. β’ The CSR must project a professional company image and provide excellent customer service via various contact channels. β’ Responds to inquiries in a courteous manner. β’ Researches assistance requested and consistently provides accurate information. β’ Thoroughly documents all customer interactions. β’ Educates customers on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations. β’ Provides direction on the usage of self-service tools. β’ Assists members in gaining access to care by locating a network dentist.
β’ High School Diploma or Equivalent. β’ 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment. β’ Proven professional verbal and written communication skills. β’ Ability to efficiently operate a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β’ Ability to work alone and with a team. β’ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced production environment. β’ Cooperative, professional and effective interaction skills with co-workers, company staff and visitors. β’ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. β’ Ability to tolerate repetitive work without compromising accuracy and service levels. β’ Required to attend additional training as requested/deemed necessary.
