Description

β€’ The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. β€’ The CSR must project a professional company image and provide excellent customer service via various contact channels. β€’ Responds to inquiries in a courteous manner. β€’ Researches assistance requested and consistently provides accurate information. β€’ Thoroughly documents all customer interactions. β€’ Educates customers on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations. β€’ Provides direction on the usage of self-service tools. β€’ Assists members in gaining access to care by locating a network dentist.

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or Equivalent. β€’ 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment. β€’ Proven professional verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Ability to efficiently operate a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. β€’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β€’ Ability to work alone and with a team. β€’ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced production environment. β€’ Cooperative, professional and effective interaction skills with co-workers, company staff and visitors. β€’ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. β€’ Ability to tolerate repetitive work without compromising accuracy and service levels. β€’ Required to attend additional training as requested/deemed necessary.
