β€’ Spanish bilinguals will be trained and work virtually. β€’ Permanent work from home for candidates in CA & NV ONLY. β€’ Training schedule: 10 weeks; hours 8:00am - 5:00pm PST; Monday-Friday. β€’ Permanent Schedule: Can start as early as 8:00am PST and end as late as 6:00pm PST. β€’ Customer Service Representatives answer inquiries from Medicare Advantage members via inbound calls, internet inquiries, and written correspondence. β€’ CSRs must deal compassionately with Medicare beneficiaries. β€’ Must navigate multiple systems while resolving complex issues as member advocates. β€’ Passion for providing exceptional customer service is critical.

Requirements

β€’ Spanish bilingual. β€’ 1-2 years of customer service experience. β€’ 1-2 years of health insurance experience.
